HELLO! im back again! thank you readers for your faithful check out on this blog, even with the sporadic posts. haha. anw i deleted the bag posts, just in case get into any legal case (oops!) but if you are stil interested, u can contact me or tag me personally =)
Just had a hectic yet fruitful easter! 25 frns came and 13 of them made a decision! maybe it might not be a very "woa" figure to some of u, but it is a "WOW WOW" to me! bcz all the frns who came this time round reli good ple with much potential! working hard on the retention now. nowadays im machiam phone operator. making calls for 1-2hrs almost everyday. anyone wana sponsor me hp bills? hee.
anw wads more WOW WOW is my MEMBERS! i wana declare to the whole world that my members are the most WOW WOW members you can ever have! reli had a great time "working" with them, esp most of them i have not reli "work" with them before. i discovered that they are not just nice n frnly ple, but they love God and are so willing to go the distance and most imptly, they are so teachable! (if you are my mem reading this, YESH! ur CGL is praising u now!)
a few instances where im reli touched...
1. Dennis volunteered himself to go for another svc on a sunday morning even though his grandma passed away just 2 days ago. salute!
2. Helga volunteered herself to come to help out with the frns on sunday svc. oh and helga, if u are reading this, you've really helped me alot these few weeks, esp when im in the midst of projects and exams =)
3. Chee Han, Wilson and Ardi. i had my best time with them! while desmond is away, it gives me a good opportunity to really call them up and encourage them and pray with them. and they treat every thing i said seriously! and they are just so spontaneous and effective in serving!
4. Marlyn. in the midst of her exams, she went for multiple svc, until the very last one whereby she buai dong alr, vomitted and stuff, and decided to stay at home that day.
5. Felicia. i like the way you connect the conference call! super efficient! and you went for 4 svcs!!!! break record! but pls study, ur mid year is here!
and many many more!
(desmond, even though you cant be here with us during easter, your sowing all these while has made this 3 days so much effective!)
i think leading youth group is fun! you simply catch on the youthfulness in them and become more youthful! and they are always so teachable and willing to change! (ok, this is a very general statement! haha) now, we just got to work on what God has placed in our hands.
backtracking, i think all started way back during last year's christmas, when i was so fed up with everything and myself, feeling that inadequacy and all, a flopped christmas party (well, at least to me, it was way below my expectation). and thats when i reali reli prayed so hard for God to add in not just more ple, but capable and willing people, a diff breed of ple that will empower me. and right fr the beginning of the year, i just know that sth is diff. esp during january where i reli begin to take each cgm seriously and keep on emphasising on being serious with God; being serious with self; and being serious with the lives of others. i truly believe that this is a revelation from God and im beginning to see the effect of it. when i looked at my people, i know that they are my answered prayers =)
i'm believing for a breakthrough! =)
