oh well, dun feel like blogging actually.. but happen to be blog-surfing and chance upon 2 blogs that made me gan chu liang duo.. decided to pen my feelings and tots down. =)
went to yimin's and angela's blog (if both of u are reading this, yesh! i read ur blog! n now i know u read mine too! ha =p).. their posts are reali so heart-warming!
ok some background information: basically, i have a north cg and a west cg, going to different services n they dun meet one another often. for last week after much persuasion, there's a BIG reunion at the sunday jw service! finally! have been waiting for mths for such a "SACRED" day to come!
anw when to ym and angela's blog, seeing them posting up the pics and saying how much they missed and love them so so much, it reli warms my heart. i just felt that all that i am doing these while is reli worth it =)
sometimes in leadership, there are just people who u cant influenced or just people are always so critical about the things you do, the words you say, and basically, critical about every other things. they often complain and yet do nothing about the problem, sit, sulk, and complain somemore, worse still, get people to join them to complain together.
there'll be times i will be discouraged by people like that. thinking that m i not good enough, not "powerful" enough, not anointed enough, not convincing enough, not "called" enough to be a leader. there'll be times whereby the devil will just hit you with such non-sensical tots..
but after 2 years as a cgl, i realised you cant have all the people with u. you cant expect everyone to like you, love you and listen to u all the time! they'll just be some people who are out there to rebel against you, be it they are planted by God to test your patience or planted by the devil to irritate and frustrate you. sometimes, you know that you just got to move on with the people you have, who are willing to stand by your side. these are the people that when u spend more time to teach them, they will rise up and start to do things greater than themselves!
im always so proud of my members, reli. even though i might always scold and nag at time. but sometimes i cant help but to salute their faith and endurance. they have such a child-like faith, reli believing every word that i say and start running again! my people have such a great resurrection power! thats the best thing i like about them! they are always so pure in their faith, believing that God is always with them! they might not be very talented, but with such faith, i know that they can accomplish great things in life! =) i might be their leader, but definitely i have lots of things to learn from them too!
i might not be a super duper great leader, but i will lead to the best that i know how.
for now, i want to be very focus on discipling the people who are willing to follow, be it if it only left one. for the rest, i shall just keep them in prayers. God is such a entrepreneur, He started His company named "changing lives" and He is still in this business. and guess wad? He will never run out of business! even the son of God Jesus die on the cross so that we can have the second chance for our lives to get changed, that means that God is reli serious abt changing lives! God wants to change every single life, but the problem often lies in whether are you willing to get changed? no one can force you to change out of your dirty and smelly clothes if you simply refused rite?
